Due to renovation work on selected areas of the AMKL main building, temporarily the entrance to the Academy is only possible from Aleksandra Zelwerowicza Street 7-11 (via Building E).

From September 3rd 2024, the entrance to Building A from John Paul II Square will be closed until the project is completed. Access to the campus will be through Building E (Aleksandra Zelwerowicza Street 7-11), where receptions are set up for key collection for all buildings.

Key Temporary Relocations:

Deans’ Offices, Doctoral School, and Disciplinary Committee: Moved to Building F until October 18.

Teaching and Student Matters: Now in Building B, Room 001B, until October 18.

General Administration and Research Departments: Relocated to Building F from October 1 to November 30.

Access Restrictions:

Staircase K1 closed until October 18—use staircase K2 or the elevator in Building F.

Gate passage closed from October 18 to November 30.

Certain rooms in Building A (Chamber Hall, Theater Hall, and floors 1-3) will be unavailable until October 18.

The buffet will reopen in November. Please note that these dates are subject to change, and we will provide updates as needed.
