On May 13, 2024, Solemn Promotion of Doctors and Habilitated Doctors of Arts of the Art Universities of Wrocław 2024 took place.

The Diploma of Doctor of Arts in the field of arts, artistic discipline of musical arts was awarded to: 

Barbara Szarejko-Nestor for her doctoral dissertation entitled “On the music of Christian denominations present in Wroclaw on the example of the repertoire of the Angelus Silesius Ensemble” (supervisor prof. dr hab. Helena Tomaszek-Plewa)
Tomasz Marut for his doctoral dissertation entitled “The piano works of Lowell Liebermann” (supervisor prof. dr hab. Paweł Zawadzki).
The diploma of Doctor of Arts in the field of arts, artistic discipline of musical arts was awarded to:

Jaroslaw Podsiadlik for recording albums: Józef Zeidler - “Missa Pastorycya” and Reed Connection Trio “Tansman - Szałowski - Ibert - Durey - Leclair”.
Bassem Akiki for the recording of the work “Second Concerto for Cello and Symphony Orchestra” by Pawel Mykietyn.
