The Ernst Köhler International Organ and Organological Conference
The Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw invites you to this year's edition of the Ernst Köhler International Organ and Organological Conference. The event will focus on the reconstruction of the Michael Engler organ in the Minor Basilica of St. Elizabeth in Wroclaw and the Silesian tradition of organ music. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the historical and cultural heritage of the region and discuss prospects for future reconstructions of organ instruments. The conference is an excellent space to exchange ideas and reflections among experts and organ music enthusiasts. You are cordially invited!

Conference within the framework of the implementation of the project entitled “Quo vadis, musica? - Between Mission and Duty in the Context of the Third Millennium” subsidized from the funds of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Fund for Promotion of Culture - a state purpose fund.
“Quo vadis, musica? - Between mission and duty in the context of the third millennium”. - A two-year project (2024-2025) involving the organization of a series of conferences in the field of musical art, linked by the theme of mission and duties of the musician artist and educator in the modern world. The purpose of the series is to address the above-mentioned issues, with a particular focus on the creative process and music education in the context of music of the third millennium.
