We are delighted to announce that the Polish National Youth Choir, whose artistic director is prof. dr hab. Agnieszka Franków-Żelazny, together with the Gabrieli Consort and Players and soloists Anna Stéphany, Nicky Spence, Andrew Foster-Williams, and Gabrieli Roar under the direction of Paul McCreesh, has been awarded the Gramophone Classical Music Awards 2024 in the choral category for the album The Dream of Gerontius by Edward Elgar.

The Polish National Youth Choir is a unique artistic and educational project aimed at singing young people, successfully implemented for ten years as part of the activities of the Witold Lutosławski National Forum of Music in Wrocław. The artistic director and initiator of the project is prof. dr hab. Agnieszka Franków-Żelazny.
