Random Check 7: Time Crystals - an interdisciplinary multimedia installation.

We are pleased to announce the participation of artists associated with the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław in the seventh edition of the Random Check project, entitled Time Crystals. This year's installment takes the form of a multimedia installation comprising twelve audiovisual compositions, the common denominator of which is inspiration by the fascinating phenomenon of the so-called 'time crystals' - physical structures theorised by Nobel Prize winner Frank Wilczek. These crystals, remaining in a state of minimal energy, show cyclical changes in time without interference from external energy, which makes them an extremely interesting starting point for artistic reflection on time, movement and form.

The opening of the installation took place on 8 May 2025 at 18:00 in the KAF Digital Space (Krupa Art Foundation, Rynek 27/28 Wrocław). The projections will be available to view at the following times:
